Our Plumbing Services
Some past clients we’ve had the opportunity to work for:
There are several plumbers out there. Many have experience. So why choose us over everyone else? Here are a few reasons:
No Hourly Charges – Many customers do not see the advantages of having a plumber who does not work by the hour. A plumber who works on a fixed price has no reason to stick around after the job is finished to ensure he gets paid more. Even if the job takes more time than required, you still pay the same amount.
Upfront, Exact Pricing – Every job we do has a set price shown in our price book. We go through with you exactly what the scope of the work will be to fix your problem and the costs involved. You know before we start what the final price will be – no surprises!
Rapid Response Times – Our highly efficient dispatch team will make sure our local plumbers are at your location as soon as possible. Under regular conditions, our plumbing technicians will arrive at your location within 24-hours. Service calls can take longer than expected and specialty parts may need to be ordered, which may push the wait times longer so we communicate ongoing.
Priority Calls – Emergency calls are our highest priority. We know they can quickly become a serious situation. You can place a priority call to ensure you are the next customer to be serviced. The technician will be at your location within 24-hours. All priority calls require a credit card upon calling.
Local Plumbers – There is no sense in calling a plumbing service that is in another city. We have plumbers in all major city centers across the GTA that can respond to your emergency when you need it.
Fully Loaded Work Trucks – A fully inventoried truck is crucial so that your problem can not only be diagnosed quickly, but fixed quickly as well. Even if the job requires a specialty part, we can have it ordered within 24-hours.
* Terms and conditions apply. Check policies for more information.
Plumbing Repair – Our price for Newmarket plumbing repair will always be upfront and flat-rate which benefits you because you know exactly what the cost will be to complete the work before we begin. And if the job takes a little longer than originally planned there are no hidden fees. Our qualified Newmarket plumber will provide you with a detailed cost outline before they begin and by having everything they could possibly need when we arrive, we can get the job done right the first time. And there are no extra charges if you need our local plumber after hours in the evening or night, on a weekend, or a major holiday.
Plumbing Maintenance – With any sort of plumbing in Newmarket maintenance is the key to long life. Perhaps you would like our plumbing inspection and diagnosis services. Allow our Newmarket plumber to take a good look at all of the parts and connections of your plumbing system in order to determine the overall health and determine any potential issues. This is useful if you’re purchasing a home certainly in order to know about the condition of the house’s plumbing system specifically but also helpful if you’ve not done plumbing maintenance to your Newmarket home or business in a while as this preventative maintenance plumbing approach will save you time, conserve energy, and save money while doing so. You can depend on our Newmarket plumbers who can apply innovative solutions that will help get the longest life out of your pipes, drainage system, fixtures, and appliances.
Plumbing Installations – In addition to our rapid response 24-hour Newmarket emergency plumbing service, we also provide several other non-emergency plumbing services which we are happy to pre-schedule at your convenience. These include backwater valve installation, backflow preventer installation, sump pump maintenance and installation, dishwasher maintenance and installation, fixture installs and maintenance, toilet and tub maintenance and installation, sewer and drain cleaning and repair, garbage disposal installation or maintenance, washing machine and dryer installation, and more. Whichever plumbing maintenance or installation service you need our Newmarket plumbing team is a great choice for professional workmanship and friendly customer service.
Drain Repair – Drain clogs are a common issue our Newmarket plumbing team has dealt with successfully over our more than twenty-five years in the local industry. Blockages in your drains happen over time and most companies will treat this as a one-time issue yet we will provide a cleaned and clear drain for the long-term to keep your plumbing system running smoothly for years to come. The common symptoms of drain clogging issues include water re-emerging from the drain, water pooling around the drain before emptying, slow drains, kitchen drains smelling of rotting food, gurgling noises from drains, and a toilet that keeps running constantly. Our Newmarket plumbers will fix any drains to ensure you don’t have clogging issues for years to come. Yet, it’s important to keep in mind that slow drains can be symptoms of other issues such as sewer line problems so it is best to have the issue diagnosed and repaired sooner than later and we can help with this 24-hours. If it’s a clogged drain you’re noticing in your Newmarket home or business you have a few options.
Drain Cleaning – If it’s a minor clog a chemical drain cleaner should work but we highly recommend not using these more than once. Any more and you will begin to damage your pipes. Next, consider a drain auger or plumber’s snake which can remove most clogs easily enough. Finally, we have a specialized high-pressure jetting service which is extremely effective, fast, and cost-efficient as well. Using this technology our Newmarket plumbers will remove any sort of clog easily and also clean the pipe thoroughly helping prevent any sort of clog for many years into the future and is very cost-effective and efficient as a service which you will appreciate for its effectiveness and affordability.
Water Heater Repair – It could be time for a hot water heater repair. We have helped many residences in Newmarket with this service as well. Look for rust in your water, water that collects in your hot water storage tank, and listen to a noisy unit and you’ll know if it’s time for a repair or an upgrade. Rusted hot water heaters will likely need to be replaced but we will repair your existing unit whenever possible. Please know, you’ll usually experience these signs of a damaged hot water heater if it’s gas powered after it’s six to eight years old. And electric hot water heaters usually around the eight to ten-year mark. Call our Newmarket plumbers and we’ll get you fixed up.
Sump Pump Repair – Another important service we provide is sump pump repair, installation, and maintenance. This is perhaps the most critical plumbing device protecting your home from flooding and water damage so it’s important to make sure it is working all year round but especially when there is excessive drainage, more wet weather than usual, and a higher water table. Our Newmarket plumbers will take the time when installing your sump pump to ensure it is not placed on gravel or dirt in the pit. We will check on all of the parts such as the pump, basin, impeller, check valve, float arm, float switch, discharge line and all air holes and vents are clean and functioning well at all times. Our Newmarket plumbers will ensure your current sump pump is repaired or maintained while we are available for professional sump pump installation services also.
Toilet Repair – Our 24-hour Newmarket plumbers are also able to handle any sort of toilet repair with ease and get things back to normal. If your toilet is only flushing partially, or not flushing at all we can help with this. If you have seen water gathering on the floor beside the toilet in the bathroom have us fix this problem immediately or it usually leads to a damaged subfloor or flooring. Our expert can also repair wax rings or replace toilet tanks. We can repair toilets that have become noisy. As well as toilets that are constantly running or are filling slowly. We can install new toilets or replace flush handles, stoppers, or any other parts required quickly and reliably. Or, it could be time to upgrade the entire unit in which case you can ask for our help to determine the best model, more about options available, and provide you expert toilet installation service as well.
Sewer Line Repair & Water Line Repair – Please allow our expert local experts to provide a full-service plumbing experience at an affordable price including major plumbing jobs such as our trenchless sewer line repair and water line repair or replacement services. Tree and plant roots, continuous freezing and thawing of the pipes, and ground movement are the most common causes of damaged plumbing lines. We understand that conventional methods are really damaging to your yard, walkways, and garden but that’s not the case with us. Our Newmarket plumbers use a trenchless method which is much less invasive to your property. It is also much faster than traditional methods with jobs often completed in just a couple of days. And it’s also much more cost-efficient resulting in a successfully repaired or replaced water or sewer line quicker, with less effort than ever before.
Basement Waterproofing – Another major plumbing issue our Newmarket plumbers have helped residences and businesses within the local area over the years has been basement waterproofing and frozen pipe repair. By insulating your exposed pipes from the cold weather elements you greatly reduce the risk of having a burst pipe which will cause significant damage to your home. Or you can go a step beyond and completely waterproof your basement in addition to insulating your pipes which will provide a long-term preventative solution to any sort of water and mold damage issues usually caused by extreme weather leading to cracks in your home’s foundation or burst pipes causing flood damage.
Frozen Pipe Repair & Burst Pipe Repair – For frozen pipe repair, we are also on-call twenty-four hours a day. This emergency service is crucial in that it is important to repair prior to pipes bursting and causing flooding and serious water damage. Water damage is costly to repair so prevention is the best tool against burst pipes. Should you have a frozen solid water pipe in your home you can use a blow dryer or a heat lamp to begin the thawing process. Just ensure it is not a flammable heat source. Next, call our Newmarket plumbers and we will arrive prepared to have your water pipes flowing again in no time with our professional pipe thawing service. Prevent a burst pipe emergency Newmarket plumbing call but we can help with this too. Give us a call 24-hours for expert help and friendly customer service that is always reliable and professional.
